Youths Speak On Bode George Slapping Adamawa PDP Chairman

The Youth Wing of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) in the North West zone has reacted to the claim that former Deputy National Chairman of the party, Bode George slapped the party chairman in Adamawa State.

The group in its reaction described the report online as false, adding that its a move to destroy the party.

The PDP youth wing in a statement released through its Coordinator, Ahmadu Ibrahim called on members of the party to defend Bode George.

The statement read, “Some people sat down somewhere and cooked up this false allegation of slapping the State Chairman of PDP in Adamawa to create unnecessary political tension and cause division in the party. We insist it’s false and should be regarded as one of those distractions that would be nipped in the bid.”

The group wondered why George would decide so low to slap the chairman of the party in Adamawa State.

They described George, who is one of the founding members of the party as a man of integrity, who has worked hard to ensure the party remains united and relevant.

The youth wing of the party called on the presidential candidate of the party, Atiku Abubakar to ignore the report.

They called on members of the party Board of Trustees (BoT) and several stakeholders to fish out people responsible for the fake claim.
